경제 위기 이후 관광산업이 찾아왔고, 리스본의 변화가 시작되었다. 알리스 웁보는 페니키아어로 안전한 항구를 뜻하는 리스본의 오랜 이름이다. 영화는 지난 2년 동안 리스본 도시 풍경에 찾아온 변화를 담아냈다.
After the crisis, tourism came and Lisbon's transformation started. Alis Ubbo (Phoenician for safe port) follows the change of the city urban’s landscape in the last 2 years.
